Campaigns v1.0 out now

We are proud to announce: Campaigns are finally here. This is the first iteration and we’ll keep shipping out new features, but you can already run linked games with your friends today! Here’s how it works.

Create a Campaign

Start by opening Campaigns from the main menu or sidebar to creating a new campaign. Give it a name, add a short description, and you’re off. Don’t overthink it—you can edit both later.

Invite Your Friends

Next, bring your friends in. Campaigns are built around your friends list, so you invite players you already trust. You can manage friends on your profile, or just let them scan your personal QR code to connect with you — super quick. Inside the campaign, go to “Invite Player” and send out those invites. Your friends will see them right on the campaign page or on their own profile. They can accept if they’re in, or decline if they’re busy — no hard feelings.

Invite Warbands

Once players have joined, it’s time to assemble the forces. As the campaign admin, you can invite warbands owned by players who have joined. Head to Manage and pick from a list that’s grouped by their usernames, so you always know whose roster you’re pulling in. Players can field more than one warband if your campaign rules allow it. When a warband has been invited, the owner will see it clearly flagged in their lists. They can accept the invite directly in the Warband Builder under the Campaign tab — one click and the warband is in.

Announcements

Communication matters, so we built Announcements right into campaigns. As an admin, you can post updates that every member will see when they open the campaign. The latest announcement is pinned to the top, and you can edit or delete posts whenever plans change. It’s perfect for mission briefs, schedule tweaks, and victory speeches.

Additional admin features

Managing your campaign stays simple. Need to remove a player, a warband, or an outdated announcement? Use the context menu and keep things tidy. Want to hand leadership to someone else? You can transfer the ownership to another member of your campaign. And when your games start rolling, you can attach Game Reports to the campaign so everyone can see match results in one place. (We’ll dive into reports in a separate article.)

That’s Campaigns today: focused, collaborative, and ready for your stories. Thanks for trying the first version – we’re already building the next wave. If you have feedback or ideas, please tell us. In the meantime, gather your friends, rally your warbands, and start your first campaign.
