Week Two, Rising Again! Patch #0.1.2
Hello one and all! We’ve had another great week in the trenches with nearly 100 supporters in just two weeks, thousands of users, and over 5000 warbands created so far! We’ve been hard at work still fixing bugs and preparing for our proper release and the eventual start of our work on Campaigns and Play Mode so keep a look out for developments there!
Known Issues
- The issue regarding option selections being ‘forgotten’ should hopefully be resolved. However, since it was intermittent to begin with, we cannot be sure that things have been fixed so keep letting us know!
- Some game mechanics have multiple interpretations of how they resolve but when turning them into code we have to pick one. We are currently working with FF at large to keep a better line to this sort of information, but they’re very busy with kickstarter fulfillment so for now keep letting us know if you think something is wrong.
Patch Notes
Compendium
- Satchel Charges are now properly shown as Grenades.
- Sniper Scope now properly checks if the warband/model has a Sniper Rifle.
- Trench Dogs are properly counted for warband Limits.
- Gunslinger Skill now properly gives pistols the ASSAULT keyword.
Warband Builder
- General
- Model stat choices (such as Machine Armour base size) are now tracked.
- Warband notes now properly update and save.
- Sale costs and the amount of money returned are aligned.
- Fixed an issue when viewing other players warbands, clicking upgrades for fighters removed them from view.
- User Interface
- Fixed background color on warband and fighter options when viewing them in the compendium.
- Added missing fighter images and fighter image placeholders.
- Fixed instances where lore shows on equipment even if disabled.
- Fixed ducats and glory display for stash preview.
- Fixed “Confirm” Prompt when deleting warbands.
- Fixed delete warband modal being hidden behind the popover element.
- Export & Print
- Ads being shown in print mode.
- Fixed switched Melee and Ranged labels in print mode.
- Print mode is now bound to url and does not stay when exiting print mode.
- Warband Printout will properly show variants, modifiers, fireteams, and warband selections (such as the Sin chosen for Court warbands).
- Exploration
- Typo in Sample of Holy DNA fixed.
- Angelic Instrument exploration location is implemented.
- Tektites exploration location is implemented.
- Ruined House exploration location is fully implemented.
- Warband Strongbox exploration location is implemented.
- Battlefield of Corpses exploration location is implemented.
- High Ranking Captive now properly adds one copy of the exploration skill.
Factions & Warbands
- Heretic Legions
- Trench Ghosts can now only recruit a Barbed Wire Banshee.
- Trench Pilgrims
- Sacred Affliction Ecclesiastic Prisoners can now equip Martyrdom Devices.
- Trench Pilgrim Resurrection now has its cost properly calculated.
- The Principality of New Antioch
- Highland Machine Armour now properly allows for Heavy Ballistic Shields.
- Combat Engineers now properly remove the heavy keyword when trying to equip Satchel Charges.
- Battlefield Title (promotion) now lets you equip Ducal Winged Armour.
- Red Brigade Red Banner cost adjusted.
- Weapons of Mobile Warfare now properly only counts Ranged weapons when considering the limit.
- The Iron Sultanate
- Sublime Gate’s Exotic Wares skill now allows you to select Armour.
