Not quiet at all on the Worst Front

While fighting has raged accross the plains and hills of Anatolia for centuries now, the front has become far more active as of late. Saintly relics of past battles are resurfacing all over the peninsula, ruined town are becoming active with gunfire once more, and the shining jewel of the empire of old, Byzantium, is stuck in stalemate. Retaking this prime real estate is crucial to both the Faithful and Fallen war efforts. Slow progress is required to ensure a proper hold over the city, clearing the surrounding regions of enemy presence and fortifying strategic points has specialists of every major player clashing at arms. The Duke requires the City as a bastion against further incursion into Europe. The Pilgrimages are sent holy word that the City must be reclaimed. The Sultan demands that this bastion city be claimed to bolster the Sultanate's own defences. The Heretic Legions vye to claim this vital ground as a fortress to incur further into Europe. The Grail Plagues already run rampant through the remaining population, and they seek to claim it for good. The Courts each ploy to further their own standing and influence, this holy ground a step to their greatness.
